<p>Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.</p>
<h3>Delivery times</h3>

<li>Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak season or promotional events.</li>

<h3>Tracking</h3>
<p>Every order ships with tracking. If you haven't received your tracking number within 4 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us at contact@mygelaura.com.</p>
<h3>Wrong address</h3>
<p>Need to fix a shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll update it. After that, the order may already be processed and we cannot guarantee the change.</p>
<h3>Lost or stuck packages</h3>
<p>If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 10 business days, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or refund you in full. Your choice.</p>
