<p>We stand behind our cushions. If your GelAura cushion doesn't change the way you ride, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund. No hard feelings.</p>

<h3>How to request a refund</h3>

<li>Email us at contact@mygelaura.com with your order number.</li>
<li>Tell us briefly what didn't work for you (it helps us improve).</li>
<li>We'll reply within 48 hours with the next steps.</li>
</ol>

<h3>Conditions</h3>
<ul>
<li>The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.</li>
<li>The product should be in reasonable condition (normal use is fine, that's what the guarantee is for).</li>
<li>We may ask for a photo of the product.</li>

<h3>Refund processing</h3>
<p>Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.</p>

<h3>Damaged, defective or wrong item</h3>
<p>If your cushion arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a replacement or a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.</p>

<h3>Returns</h3>
<p>If a return is required, we will provide the return address and instructions by email. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.</p>
